About Me
I am a massage therapist, an educator, a pain coach.
I am a yoga instructor with an interest in strength science and how it intersects with pain science. I am a lifelong student, integrating myofascial, sports massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and pain neuroscience education together for a uniquely therapeutic session.
Over the last decade, my mission is to validate and empower clients through to the other side of suffering. Whether working with professional athletes, desk workers, or people in chronic pain, my sessions facilitate both immediate and sustainable relief.
While the philosophy behind how I structure my treatments rests on a foundation of evidence-based techniques, my massages are guided by each client’s unique preferences and input. This is my promise to deliver fully client-centered care.
Rather than acting as a mechanic that tweaks faulty tissues in order to repair, I believe people are whole and complete when they arrive, simply in need of a reset. One of the key features of living bodies, unlike cars, is that they are defined by their ability to change: they are alive, dynamic, responsive, and resilient. My work is to bolster your inherent capacity to feel good and strong.
